If you have yet to be granted a nonprofit discount and have not received an email confirming the outcome of your application, it may still be pending.
It's been less than 72 hours:
72 hours is Goodstack's standard timeframe for processing an application. Please allow this time when expecting an update (we thank you for your patience!).
It's been longer than 72 hours:
One or more of the following actions need to be completed by you or your nonprofit (all actions are requested via email; please check your inbox as well as spam/junk folders, as sometimes emails end up there):
- You still need to verify your email address.
- Your nonprofit still needs to be able to confirm that you are associated with them (typically, we ask you to apply with an email address that does not match the domain of the nonprofit you are applying for).
- For Google for Nonprofits applications only: You still need to upload documentation for us to continue processing your application.
