Starting a trial for Google for Nonprofits before or after you have been approved for Google for Nonprofits by Goodstack does not automatically upgrade your trial version to the full version for free.
If you received a notification that your trial period for Google Workplace for Nonprofits has ended, it’s likely because you started the trial without completing the activation process, such as submitting your Google Workspace domain. In this case, the trial would have ended if activation was not completed (temporarily suspending access).
To submit your domain and activate Google Workspace for Nonprofits, follow these steps:
- Sign in to Google for Nonprofits with your administrator account (do not confuse this account with a Google Workplace account, as these are separate).
- Find the Google Workspace for Nonprofits product, then click 'Get Started'
- Follow the instructions and submit your domain.
Google will review your activation request within 3 business days and will then email you directly to confirm whether your domain was successfully upgraded or if you need to take additional steps to get discounted pricing for Google Workspace Business and Enterprise editions (this email will be sent to the email used for your Google for Nonprofits account).
Just so you know, Google's support team is the best contact if you need help after your application has been approved. Goodstack can help you with the application process, but Google solely manages the product activation process for Google Workspace for Nonprofits.
