Often, a review is needed when an applicant's association with their nonprofit could not be confirmed or the nonprofit's mission area is unclear.
If you originally applied using a personal email address, we recommend reapplying using your work email so that your application can be processed swiftly.
To make sure your application is not rejected for these reasons, please provide as many of the following additional documents (note, if you can supply all three it will speed up the review):
- A copy of a voided deposit slip or bank letter confirming the nonprofit’s name
- A copy of the organization’s governing documents, stamped/signed by the official authority (typically a local government/ministry or tax office)
- Confirmation of your employment at the organisation e.g., a contract or ID card
