If your nonprofit has already been approved for Google for Nonprofits, but you’re now seeing “Not eligible" when trying to start activating, this could be because your application was approved by Google’s previous application processor, but the activation steps were not completed at the time (we can only confirm the details of an application if it was processed by Goodstack).
Please try following these steps:
- Make sure that you are signed in with the Google account associated with the approved application.
- If you have not yet applied for Google for Nonprofits via Goodstack, start a new application by clicking 'New request' (this button will appear on the same page where you see the "Not eligible" message. Please allow 72 hours for your new application to be processed, which is our standard timeframe.
- If you have already applied to Goodstack, it is unlikely that your application was approved, as we can't reverse an application's approval status (please see this article for common reasons why an application might have been rejected).
