Go to the official nonprofit landing page (here).
Do not choose 'Start for Free': This option gives you a 30-day trial on a standard plan, but it does not connect you to any nonprofit offer or discounted pricing.

Click 'View Nonprofit Offer'
This takes you to the special discounted plans — including IAM Starter, Standard, Professional, and eSignature Essentials — available to nonprofits at 50% off (annual billing only).

Click 'Buy Now' under the nonprofit plan you’re interested in.

Confirm you’re a nonprofit.
You’ll be asked to confirm nonprofit eligibility and fill in organization details including:
- Nonprofit name
- Employee count
- Job title
- Email address

Enter payment information to complete your purchase.
- After completing checkout, the information you provided will be used to verify your organisation’s eligibility for a discount within three business days. You can check your nonprofit verification status on the Subscription and billing page.
