How do Adyen Giving donation refunds work?

If a donor reached out about accidentally donating and would like a refund, please have them fill out this form, and send the PSP reference the form returns to Goodstack’s support teams (help@goodstack.io). This reference allows Goodstack to locate the right donation and issue a refund on your behalf. Please note that once a refund has been issued, the donor will see it in their bank statement within 3-5 business days.
