I can't find a nonprofit in the search

If you can’t find a nonprofit on the platform, you can request for it to be added.

How to add a nonprofit that isn’t listed on the platform:

1. Sign in to the platform here.

2. Search for the nonprofit using the search bar.

3. If the nonprofit does not appear in the search results, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Request to add a nonprofit.”

4. Submit the nonprofit’s details, including:

• Country

• Name

• Website

• Registry ID

Our team will review the organization to confirm it meets your company’s eligibility criteria for receiving donations and volunteering contributions through Goodstack.

After the review is complete, you’ll receive an email confirming if your chosen nonprofit has been added to the platform.

Alternatively, you can donate directly to the nonprofit outside the Goodstack Giving platform. Be sure to keep your donation receipt, as you can submit it later to request a matching contribution (see this article for more details).
