I can't find my educational institution to start my application

As part of Goodstack's verification requirements, we must be able to verify that your organization is an educational institution when applying for an education discount.

Most educational institutions are already in our global database, and the first step of the application process is to search for your organization.

If your organization is a search result: 

If you found your organization in our search, we have already verified that it's an educational institution.

When submitting your application on behalf of an organization already in our database, we will only need to determine whether your organization is eligible for the program that you have applied for, which is based on the institution type and your role. 

If your organization does not appear as a search result:

Click 'I can't find my organization', then provide the requested details about your organization.

When you submit an application with your organization’s details to add to our database, we will first verify that it is an educational institution.

Once this is verified, we will determine whether your organization is eligible for the program that you have applied for, which is based on the institution type and your role.

Regardless of whether an organization is already searchable in our database, we will also confirm that you are associated with the organization you are applying on behalf of.
