I see "We could not submit your form" when trying to submit my registration for a Grants program

This Help center article relates to a Goodstack partner's Grants program, and not to be confused with our AI-powered grant finder and application assistant (here).

Each organization can submit a registration form for a Grants program only once. If you see the “We could not submit your form” error message when trying to submit a form, this usually indicates that your organization has already registered.

If your organization is eligible, you will receive an email inviting you to complete your Grants application in the Causes Portal. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders, as emails sometimes end up there, and that you are checking the inbox of the same email address that is associated with your registration. 

Just so you know, some Grants programs specify a waiting period after registration before you can start your application. The details of the Grants program are included on the partner's website.

If you are unable to find the invitation email but the application start date has passed, and your organization is eligible for the Grants program, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign up to Goodstack (here) and have had your account verified
    Please ensure that you sign up with same organization details and email address that are associated with your registration.

  2. After your account has been verified and you have signed in, go to the Grants section in your Causes Portal
    You will see all of the Grants task that are assigned to you that requires completion to complete your Grants application.
