# The nonprofit I fundraised with a Canva design has not yet received any donations

If 45 days have passed since a donation was made through your fundraiser, it’s possible that your chosen nonprofit has not yet signed up to Goodstack or submitted their bank account details.

Your chosen nonprofit will be able to receive the donation through your fundraiser after they join Goodstack and submit their details. We regularly reach out to nonprofits without a Goodstack account or missing bank account details to let them know they have pending donations waiting to be paid 🎉
