Organizations based in **England** and **Wales** must be registered with the [Charity Commission](https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/charity-commission) to be eligible for most discounts our partners offer. This is based on our current verification requirements established by each country (please see [here](https://poweredbypercent.com/nonprofit-definitions/)). We recognize that other organizations, such as **Community Benefit Societies** and **CICs**, can have a significant social impact. Some partners offer discounts to Social Impact Organizations (SIOs); please visit the partner's website to learn more.
