Why does my donation say “Awaiting funds”?

This means your donation is currently being processed, but we're still waiting for your employer to settle the payment for matched donations or donations made with your wallet.

Once the payment is settled, we’ll proceed with the payment process to deliver the funds to your chosen nonprofit, and then we'll update the status of the donation.

If we send a check to the nonprofit, we'll only update the status of the donation after they have deposited it.
