How do I onboard my nonprofit for Adyen Giving?

With your nonprofit's onboarding, you'll have two steps to complete in parallel: setting up your Goodstack account and completing Adyen's compliance requirements.

To set up your Goodstack account, you'll need to claim your nonprofit using an email address associated with the organisation, complete the verification step via the email you receive, and then upload your nonprofit's bank details. This is a secure process, and any funds raised will be disbursed to you at the end of each month.

Alongside this, Adyen requires additional due diligence to be carried out on the charities it supports. As part of this, you'll be asked to complete a compliance form requesting further details about your nonprofit's structure, along with ID documentation from one or all Directors or Trustees on your board.
