How do I use Goodstack Pro?
Your guide to finding, filtering, and tracking grants that fit your mission
Goodstack Pro is designed to help your organization identify relevant funding opportunities with precision.
By navigating to Find grants in the sidebar, you can access our AI-powered matching engine, which streamlines the discovery process by filtering through thousands of available grants to find those that align with your nonprofit mission.
To ensure the best results, we recommend providing as much detail as possible in your search criteria and about your nonprofit, so we can match more accurately.
Search Criteria
Our system utilizes several key data points to match you with suitable opportunities. You can filter your search by:
- Funding focus areas: Specify the sectors your nonprofit operates in (e.g., Education, Healthcare, Environment).
- Geographic location: Filter by the regions, countries, or local communities where your programs are active.
- Grant size: Target funding amounts that align with your project budgets.
- Eligibility requirements: Ensure your organization meets specific donor criteria before applying.
- Specific programs: Search for grants tailored to particular initiatives or operational needs.
Managing your results
We understand that grant seeking is an ongoing process. To help you stay organized, our platform includes tools to revisit and track your progress:
Saved Searches
- Purpose: Allows you to save your specific criteria so you don’t have to re-enter filters every time.
- Access: You can find all previously configured searches in the Saved searches tab in the sidebar.
- Updates: Return to these searches regularly to see if new opportunities matching your criteria have been added to the database.
AI-Powered Matching Our system doesn't just look for keywords; it analyzes the context of your nonprofit's profile and your search intent to prioritize the most "suitable" matches, saving your team hours of manual research.
