I can't see the Grants section to start completing my tasks

If your organization is eligible, and you have already signed up and had your account verified, you should be able to go the Grants section in your Causes Portal to start completing your tasks.

If you are not able to see this section, and the organization and email address match the details associated with your registration, follow the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then sign in again
  2. Sign in while on your browser's incognito / private mode
  3. Sign in on a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Safari)


If you are still not able to see the Grants section after trying the steps above, complete our Help center form (here) as soon as possible (select the "Help with my Grants program application" option).
