I have not received a confirmation email after submitting my Grants application

A confirmation email is sent after your final incomplete Grants task is completed, automatically submitting your application in process.

If you have not received a confirmation email despite completing all tasks, be sure to check your spam/junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there.

If you still can not find your confirmation email, please double-check that all Grant tasks are completed directly in the Grants section in your Causes Portal (here). 

An incomplete Grants task will prevent your application being submitted. If this is the case, ensure that your tasks are completed and submitted before the stated application deadline for the program to prevent missing an opportunity.
