I see “Something went wrong and we couldn't uploaded your documentation"

It’s possible that you might be trying to upload a file in a format that we currently don’t support or a file that exceeds 5 MB. If you see this message, please follow these steps:

  1. If your document isn’t already a PDF file, convert it to this type (.pdf) and then try uploading it.
  2. If your document is already a PDF file, open the file on your PDF reader and ‘Save as’ .pdf, then try uploading the new version. Make sure that all files are under 5 MB.
  3. Make sure that all files are under 5 MB.
