My bank details have not been accepted

If we could not accept your bank details (e.g., your nonprofit name was not included in the uploaded document, or a SWIFT code is missing), we will contact you directly to let you know that you can resubmit your details again directly in your profile.

This is because when we process a payout to give your donations, the bank details must be valid and correct bank details to make sure there is a smooth payment experience.
