Why does my donation say "Pledged"?

This means your donation is currently being processed, and we have or currently are:

• Preparing your donation for disbursement, which will be delivered in our next payout cycle.
• Waiting for you to sign up to Goodstack and/or submit your organization’s bank details to be verified.
• Waiting for a cooperate donor to settle the payment of the donation amount so we have the funds to deliver directly to you.

Once we have disbursed funds to you, the status will change to Paid and you can click ‘See Payout batch’ to see a record of the payment in the 'Payouts' section.
