Why hasn’t my donation been delivered yet?

There are a few possible reasons why your donation has not been delivered yet.

  • If your donation is a matched or wallet contribution from your employer, we may still be waiting for your employer to pay the required funds to our foundation. Once we have received funds from your employer, we can process the donation.
  • The nonprofit might still be in the process of completing onboarding with Goodstack because they have not provided their organization's bank details. In these cases, we'll attempt to deliver the donation via an alternative payment method, such as a card or a check.
  • The nonprofit might not have met the minimum pending donation amount threshold (note all donations under the threshold are paid out after 90 days, regardless)
