Will my application for an education discount expire?

Applications for education discounts will only expire in specific situations:

  • If you do not enter the verification code if your application includes the One Time Passcode step (after 20 minutes)

  • If you do not upload a document  after entering a verification code (after 1 hour).

  • If you do not upload a document after being requested, after you submitted your application (after 15 days).

  • If you do not complete email verification to confirm that your email address is correct (after 15 days)

If an application does expire for any of these reasons, it will be automatically rejected because we were not able to complete the verification process.

This does not prevent you from accessing an education discount in the future as you can submit a new application at any time.
