I can't see my assigned Grants tasks to complete my application
If your organization is eligible, and you have already signed up and had your account verified, you should be able to go the Grants section in your Causes Portal to start completing your assigned tasks.
If you are not able to see this section, please review the 'I can't see the Grants section to start completing my grants' Help center article.
If you can see this section but cannot view or start your Grants tasks, check that the email address used to sign up to create your Goodstack account is the same email associated with your registration.
If it does not match, request to join your organization's team using the associated email address (i.e., signing up again). Your invitiation request will be sent to your organization’s current Organization Owner.
Once the current Organization Owner has accepted your invitation, they must also update your role to Organization Owner before you can start completing your assigned Grants tasks.
If you are still not able to see the Grants tasks, please complete our Help center form (here) as soon as possible (select the "Help with my Grants program application" option).
If you claimed your organization during sign-up, you became the first person in your organization with full access to the Causes Portal. In this case, being the first account created, it's automatically set to the Organization Owner role.
If you need to sign up again using the email address associated with your registration, you will be prompted to request access to join the existing team rather than claim your organization a second time. This will result in two separate Goodstack accounts: one associated to your registration (and you will be able to complete your Grant tasks), and one that is not.
