My application for an education discount has been rejected

When Goodstack receives an application, we must ensure that our verification requirements and the partner’s education eligibility guidelines have been met.

Common reasons for an application being rejected.

  1. Application expiry: If requested and you did not verify your email address, or your institution has not confirmed your association, or you have not uploaded additional documentation within 30 days, your application will automatically expire. In this case, please start a new application.

  2. Unverified education status: We have not been able to verify that your organization is an educational institution.

  3. Unconfirmed association: We have not been able to confirm that you are associated with the institution you are applying on behalf of.

  4. Ineligibility: The categorization of your institution, or your role, may make it ineligible for the education program you are applying for. As this varies across our partners, please visit the partner’s website where you started your application, as the partner’s eligibility guidelines will be shown there.

If your application has been rejected, you can request a review here. Please note that if your application has expired, you will need to start a new application rather than request a review.
